Dr George Main

Dr George Main is a research associate with the Centre for Environmental History at the Australian National University and works as a curator at the National Museum of Australia.  There he helped design and create the Landmarks and Old New Land galleries. Dr Main is the author of Heartland: the Regeneration of Rural Place (2005) and helps run the Bush Retreats for Eco-Writers network out of Canberra.
