‘Travelling Country’ focuses on Burke and Will’s tragic journey across the Australian continent and explores the difference between Indigenous and European perceptions of the landscape. We begin in Canberra, in the First Australians Gallery of the National Museum of Australia, and end at a striking statue in the very centre of Melbourne.
