Bec Wheatley completed her PhD in the School of History at the Australian National University. Her work examines children’s perspectives on Anzac. Ms Wheatley is the co-author of World War 1: A history in 100 Stories and co-presented a MOOC of the same name. A contributor to the Cambridge History of World War One, she has led study tours to Gallipoli and other Anzac battlefields and played a leading role in the research and writing of Anzac Journeys: Returning to the Battlefields of World War II (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2013).
